Low: Navigating multiple homes and trying to give a "fair" amount of time to each parent.

High: Lots of time to relax

Low: Very poor internet connections

High: Playing with pets and baby nephews

Low: Waking up in the middle of the night because the cat wants the bedroom door to be open or one of the babies has thrown up.

High: Starting game night with $10.00 in quarters and ending with 28.25 and a French Franc.

Low: Having to stand out in the cold to carry on a conversation because half of my family are smokers.

High: Holiday vacation

Low: Going home in just two more days

Hey everybody!

I'm currently surfing from the bottom of a 56Kbps hole since I'm visiting family in Colorado. I occasionally get a very low wireless signal from a neighbor with an unsecured network, but it's very inconsistent and flaky.

I've had awesome holidays so far, and I have a lot to talk about, but for right now, I just wanted to get a post up to let you all know that I'm totally fine, had a Merry Christmas and am currently operating with a very significant sleep deficit that was pre-existing, but has worsened due to some bizarre thing happening here in Colorado where I wake up at 8:30 in the morning regardless of what time I went to bed or what I did the night before or whether or not I have to get up early I mean seriously I can't really understand what's going on it's been four mornings in a row now and it's just Bam! 8:30 on the nose every time, I think my body is conspiring against me for some reason, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it's motives are, but it tends to make me write in run-on sentences.

Hey everybody, big news!

I can't provide all the details just yet, but I've gotten involved in a really exciting project.

Over at the Podcast Pickle podcasting community, a number of people, including myself have decided to put together a radio-drama-style adaptation of "A Christmas Carol".

And what is my involvement you may ask? Well, along with three other people, I'm writing it! This all came rather suddenly, but I'm really excited by the whole project so far.

We've got a lot of people getting involved with this thing and it's going to be really cool, so keep your eye out for future updates and we're going to get it out by Christmas!
